Sales & Marketing Automation

WhatsApp automation that converts conversations into customers.

India runs on WhatsApp. Your buyers are on it. Your sales team is on it. Your support team is on it. But if your WhatsApp is a personal number shared between three reps, you have no visibility, no history, no automation, and no way to scale. The WhatsApp Business API changes all of that, turning your most-used channel into a structured, automated, CRM-connected revenue system.

The WhatsApp chaos we fix in every engagement.

WhatsApp is the most powerful sales channel in India, and the most disorganised one. Here is the typical state we find.

Three reps are sharing one personal WhatsApp number.

The "business WhatsApp" is a personal number on one rep's phone. When that rep is on leave, nobody answers. When the rep leaves the company, the number goes with them, along with every conversation, every lead, and every relationship in the chat history.

There is no record of what was said to which prospect.

WhatsApp conversations happen. Leads are qualified or rejected. Promises are made. None of it is in the CRM. The sales manager has no visibility. The next rep who speaks to the same prospect starts from zero. The deal context lives on a phone, not in a system.

Leads from the website wait hours for a reply.

A prospect fills a contact form at 11 AM. Someone sees it, opens WhatsApp, finds the right number, and sends a message at 2 PM. By then, the prospect has spoken to a competitor who responded in 3 minutes. Speed-to-WhatsApp is as important as speed-to-lead, and manual processes cannot win it.

Broadcast messages are being sent from a personal number, a ToS violation.

Sending broadcast messages from WhatsApp personal or Business App to a list of contacts who have not explicitly opted in violates WhatsApp's Terms of Service. Accounts are regularly banned for this. The Business API is the compliant route.

There is no structured follow-up on WhatsApp.

A prospect says "let me think about it." The rep sends one follow-up three days later. No response. Marked as cold. The average B2B deal closes after 8 touchpoints, a single WhatsApp follow-up is not a nurture strategy.

Why work with us.

Compliant from day one.

We only work with Meta-approved WhatsApp Business API partners. No personal number broadcasting, no grey-area workarounds. Your account will not get banned.

CRM-connected, not standalone.

WhatsApp without CRM integration is just a faster way to have untracked conversations. We connect every conversation to your CRM so the history, context, and lead status are always in the system.

Indian business context.

We understand how WhatsApp is used in Indian B2B sales, the cultural norms, the right message cadence, and how to write follow-up sequences that feel natural in an Indian business context.

This is right for you if:

  • Indian B2B businesses where WhatsApp is the primary sales communication channel
  • Companies with high inbound inquiry volume that want faster, automated first response
  • Businesses currently using personal WhatsApp numbers for sales, and ready to professionalise
  • Teams wanting to send structured WhatsApp campaigns compliantly via the Business API
  • D2C brands doing WhatsApp-based customer support and wanting to automate common queries

Not the right fit if:

  • Businesses not registered in India or without a valid Indian phone number for the API
  • Companies wanting to send unsolicited mass messages, the API requires opt-in consent

Frequently asked questions.

What is the difference between WhatsApp Business App and WhatsApp Business API?

The WhatsApp Business App is a free app for small businesses, limited to one device, manual operation, and basic auto-reply. The WhatsApp Business API is for businesses that need multi-agent access, CRM integration, chatbot automation, and broadcast campaigns at scale. The API requires an approved partner (Wati, Interakt, 360dialog) and has a per-conversation pricing model.

How much does WhatsApp Business API cost?

Meta charges per conversation, a 24-hour conversation window costs approximately ₹0.55–₹0.85 for business-initiated messages (like campaigns) and is free for user-initiated messages (when a prospect messages you first, within the 24-hour window). Platform fees from approved partners (Wati, Interakt) range from ₹3,000–₹15,000 per month depending on the number of agents and conversation volume.

Can we migrate our existing WhatsApp Business number to the API?

Yes, in most cases. The number must not currently be active on the WhatsApp Business App or personal WhatsApp. If it is, there is a migration process that involves verifying the number via OTP and transferring it to the API. Chat history from the app cannot be transferred to the API, only the number itself migrates.

Will our broadcast messages get delivered to people who have not saved our number?

Yes, this is one of the key advantages of the Business API. Broadcast messages sent via the API are delivered even if the recipient has not saved your number. However, recipients who block or report your messages will affect your quality rating, which can restrict sending. This is why message quality and opt-in compliance matter.
