Zoho CRM is the full-featured platform with Blueprint process enforcement, AI scoring, multiple modules, complex workflows, and deep customisation. Bigin is the right choice until you have 10+ salespeople or need multi-module complexity.
Is Bigin really free?
Bigin offers a free plan for up to 3 users with one pipeline and basic features. The Express plan (₹500–₹700 per user per month) adds multiple pipelines, automation, and more integrations. The Premier plan adds team pipelines, advanced dashboards, and higher limits. Most small businesses start on Express.
Can Bigin connect to our WhatsApp Business account?
Yes. Bigin has a native WhatsApp integration that logs messages from your WhatsApp Business account directly against contact and deal records. This requires the WhatsApp Business API (not the regular WhatsApp Business app) which we set up as part of the engagement.
We have 3 years of deal data in a spreadsheet. Can it be imported?
Yes. We map your spreadsheet columns to Bigin fields, clean the data, and import it with contacts linked to deals and deals linked to the correct pipeline stage. Historical data is available immediately after import.
